Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Babajee login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Babajee will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Report suspicious activity immediately.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Activities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and Babajee ("we", "us", "the Platform"). Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility

To register and use Babajee, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. Babajee does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
  • You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
  • You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a Babajee employee where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Babajee platform.

Babajee reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

Age Verification: Babajee takes underage gambling seriously. We may request identity documents at registration or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide these documents will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Babajee. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and funds being forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process or subsequent verification checks.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
  • You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
  • Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Babajee support immediately.
  • Babajee will never contact you to ask for your password — any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

Babajee reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. This may include requesting a copy of your national ID, passport, proof of address or proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC checks within the required timeframe may be suspended.

Quick Tip: Complete your KYC verification early — before you need to make a withdrawal. This avoids delays when you want to access your winnings. The process is straightforward and usually completed within 24 hours.

Deposits & Payments

Babajee supports a range of local payment methods designed for Bangladesh players. All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.
  • Deposits are generally credited to your Babajee account instantly, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
  • Babajee does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
  • Deposited funds must be used for gaming on the Babajee platform. The platform is not a banking or financial service.
  • Babajee reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is suspected to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

All transactions on Babajee are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption. Your payment details are never stored on Babajee's servers — all payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers.

Security: Babajee uses bank-grade encryption on all payment transactions. If you ever notice an unexpected transaction on your account, contact support immediately and we will investigate.

Withdrawals

Babajee is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. However, all withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions before they can be approved:

  • Your account must have completed KYC verification.
  • Any active wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be fully met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
  • Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day — these are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
  • Babajee reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

Babajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general rules apply to all Babajee bonuses unless stated otherwise:

  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in the individual bonus terms.
  • Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met using the bonus balance before it converts to withdrawable funds.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
  • Babajee reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice.
  • Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering or any other method — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Bonus Abuse: Babajee uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse. Accounts found to be exploiting promotions will be closed without notice and all funds — including deposits — may be forfeited where fraud is confirmed.

Gaming Rules

All games available on Babajee — including sports betting, live casino, slots and casual games — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms. By participating in any game on Babajee, you accept the specific rules of that game.

  • All game outcomes on Babajee are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness.
  • In the event of a technical fault during a game, Babajee reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players.
  • Babajee's decision on the outcome of any disputed game result is final, subject to the formal complaints process outlined in these Terms.
  • Odds and game parameters are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet.
  • For sports betting, Babajee follows standard industry rules for event cancellations, postponements and walkovers. Specific rules are available in the sports betting section of the platform.

Babajee's live casino games, including those provided through WM Live, are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. The same fairness standards apply to live dealer games as to all other games on the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Babajee. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
  • Providing false information during registration or verification.
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
  • Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
  • Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour towards Babajee staff or other players.

Zero Tolerance: Babajee has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, cheating and money laundering. All suspicious activity is reported to the relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

Babajee reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other financial crime.
  • At the player's own request — including self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming tools.
  • Inactivity — accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be closed in accordance with Babajee's dormant account policy.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds in your account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, Babajee will return your real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Babajee's liability to any player is limited as follows:

  • Babajee is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Babajee is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures, internet outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, Babajee reserves the right to correct the error and adjust balances accordingly.
  • Babajee's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits Babajee's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Gambling Risk: All forms of gambling involve financial risk. Babajee does not guarantee winnings. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

Changes to These Terms
